Returns

Occasionally we know you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions of how to do so.
First, you must have a unique Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this number call our Customer Services team on 0845 603 7156 or email us at enquiries@boxfresh.com. We are open Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Once you have obtained the number, write it along with your name and address in the areas provided on the returns label. Peel off the label and stick it to the parcel and post it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Complete the Returns form that came with your items, including the reasons why you are returning the products to us.

Please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note.
Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.

Once you have the Returns Authority and the goods are packaged correctly, you can return the goods.

Returning By Post

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return. If you are returning faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your postage costs.

Products can only be returned by post to the address below:

Please Note

  • Returns cannot be accepted without your valid Returns Authorisation Number on the label.

  • You will not get a Returns Authorisation from us if you received your order more than 14 days ago.

  • All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging.

  • Fragrances, cosmetics and piercing jewellery cannot be returned.


Your statutory rights are not affected.
