Returns

You may return new, unworn or unused products within twenty one (21) days for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and where relevant, with their original hygiene slips in place. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

If you wish to return products to us please telephone the Customer Service Team on the number(s) stated on the Website. A member of the Customer Service Team will then advise you how to return the products. If the returned products comply with our Returns Policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days after we receive you returned products. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In order to return an item, you must have a unique Returns Authorisation Number ("RA Number"). To obtain this number call our Customer Service Team on 0800 0113425 (International +44 (0) 1254 277234) or email us within seven (7) days of receipt of your goods. We are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Website. We cannot accept the returns of products purchased elsewhere.

1. Please complete the returns form in your original package including marking the RA Number on the returns form and include this document with the products within twenty one (21) days of receipt of your order. We are unable to process your return without the RA Number. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return. If you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us, we will refund your postage costs.

2. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in the original package if possible). Packages must be returned with freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service such as UPS or by registered mail. We cannot accept deliveries that do not require a signature.

3. All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they are received at our distribution centre. Allow two to three weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. If you do not have your original invoice, please provide appropriate details for returning the product. Also, please refer to your original order number.

5. Once we receive your product, your account will be credited no later than thirty (30) days after we receive your returned goods.

Please Note

  • Returns cannot be accepted without your valid RA Number included in the Returns Form.
  • You will not get a RA Number from us if your order was received more than seven (7) days ago.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging.

7 Day Cooling Off Period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.
