
If for some reason, you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused purchases within fourteen (14) days without penalty. Here's how you do it:
Please note that these return guidelines only apply to product purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
To return an item via parcel service:
1. Retrieve the invoice that came with your order. Request a Return Authorisation ("RA") number and a Return Authorisation Form by contacting our Customer Services by sending an email to info@boxfresh.co.uk.
2. Please complete the Return Authorisation Form including marking the RA number on the form and return it with your original order form and the products. Clearly mark the return package with the RA number by printing the RA number on the outside of the parcel. We are unable to process your return without the RA number.
3. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in the original package if possible) Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as UPS. We cannot accept deliveries that do not require a signature.
4. All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they are received at our distribution centre. Allow two to three weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. If you do not have your original invoice, please provide appropriate details for returning the product. Also, please reference your original order number.
6. If you have any other questions simply e-mail us at info@boxfresh.co.uk.
7. Return instructions are included with every order. If you no longer have these instructions, you can contact Customer Services by e-mail and request a RA Number. Then send your return to the address below with the RA number clearly indicated on the package:

8. Once we receive your product, your account will be credited. To receive a replacement for your Source product you must place a new order online for the replacement.
Shipping
1. Shipping method and cost
All Boxfresh orders are shipped using a carrier according to the delivery method you choose
2. Standard service
Once your Boxfresh order has been shipped by our distribution centre, you will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to completion of delivery. Note: Boxfresh reserves the right to hold any order for security review. Affected customers will be notified.
3. Cost of shipping and handling
Shipping costs are applied to each item purchased and will be calculated and displayed on your order according to the relevant weight of your order.
Please note: Boxfresh only delivers to the locations listed on the Website. Anywhere not listed will not be possible. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
4. Delivery time
Your Boxfresh order should arrive within seven (7) days of you receiving a confirmation e-mail of your order. However please allow up to twenty eight (28) days for delivery, subject to Bank Holidays. Please rest assured that the delivery date generated for you when you place your order will be as accurate as possible.

Boxfresh has implemented secure socket layer technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available. Your credit or debit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed, and will not be saved on a public server.
